Miranda started her Montessori journey after completing her schooling in Cornwall in the UK. On attaining an AMI diploma in Years 0-6 education, Miranda taught in schools in London and Bath. Later discovering a passion for food, she trained as a chef for three years specialising in patisserie and chocolate. Working in professional kitchens for a number of years before gaining a certificate in adult education, Miranda combined her teaching and cooking skills with adults and children with special needs. In 2011 , Miranda moved to Perth with her family and is delighted to have joined the Beehive community in La Casa D’Oro.
