Bronwyn joined Beehive as a 3-year-old student and her life has been closely connected to the School ever since. She has been a Montessori teacher in 6-9, 9-12 and 12-15 for over 20 years, and her two children also attended Beehive. Bronwyn has now come full circle with her appointment as Principal. Bronwyn holds a Bachelor of Science (Marine Biology) and a Graduate Diploma in Primary School Education. Bronwyn began teaching at the Beehive in 2001, when she set up Beehive’s third 6-9 classroom and in 2003 she obtained an Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) Diploma (6-12) from Bergamo, Italy. She returned from Italy to work in Upper Primary and was later instrumental in setting up the Adolescent Program in 2007, attending the NAMTA/AMI Orientation to Adolescence training the following year. She has a deep love of the Montessori Methodology and cannot imagine being anywhere else.
