Out of School Activities

Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)

Our school has partnered with Their Care, an independent provider, to offer high quality after school care for our community. The program is available for all students at the Beehive Montessori School and operates from 3:00 – 6:00pm each school day, including Pupil Free Days.

Families are eligible for a government rebate (the Child Care Subsidy) which can reduce the cost per session by up to 90%. Families wishing to use this service can visit the Their Care website.

Bands and Choir

Beehive has a number of bands and a choir that students are able to join. The choir is open to students in Middle Primary, Upper Primary and the Adolescent Program. The choir meets every Tuesday afternoon from 3:00pm – 4:00pm and performs at a number of school events throughout the year.

There are several bands on offer that Upper Primary and Adolescent Program students can audition for. The bands meet to practice at different times across the school week. Both our bands and choir are overseen by our Music Teacher, Robyn Matthews. If your child is interested in joining the choir or a band, please contact admin for further information.
