Nutrition and Sleep

Two topics we are all interested in!

This evening  will be beneficial to parents with children of all ages.

Liz, from Meal Times, will speak about nutrition and “The Top 5 Tips for Successfully Feeding Kids”.  Liz is a paediatric dietician specialising in fussy eating and weight management.  She is passionate about making meals enjoyable and stress free.

Jenna, from Sleep Gurus will also be presenting, to help parents understand what healthy sleep patterns look like for babies, toddlers and children, as well as how to manage sleep issues.
