Around the World in 8 Plays

This year’s Adolescent Program performance, “Around The World in 8 Plays” is a comedy for all ages that takes us on a voyage around the world, to explore forgotten myths and unusual legends in eight fast paced and humorous tales. Guided by a band of players, the audience is transported from ancient Japan, where a hero must kill a giant centipede to save a dragon king, to the Russian countryside, where a poor orphan must defeat three witches who stole his grandfather’s eyes.

Always quirky, and sometimes bizarre, these eight tales are filled with magic, mystery and morals. Performances will be held in the Beehive Montessori School Hall, on Wednesday 23rd, Thursday 24th and Friday 25th June, 2021. Doors open at 5.45pm for a prompt start at 6.oopm each evening. Performance duration is approximately 65 minutes. Tickets will be available from the Beehive Montessori School Office, from Thursday April 22nd, 2021. Adults $12.00; Children 15 and under $5.00. Children under 3 are free.

Due to Coronavirus precautions, only 100 seats in total will be available, and there will not be any door sales.
